In accordance with Foucault's panoptic model, which can be applied to the most various scenarios; the company can be considered as a central tower involved in a peripheral ring divided in several sectors, personifying our global vision.

Munin shall, besides operating the system totally, focus its attention to each one of its targets, plan the correct strategy and afterwards integrate each tactic in a way to accomplish the global objective. If the targets are constantly attended, being customers, prospects or suppliers, all abnormal situations will be easily detected and reaction can be prompt, never causing damage to the company.

This system of control can only be possible through the efficient monitoring of each clients satisfaction and the response capability of the supplier.
